Animation is a powerful tool for vividly presenting expert witness testimony to a jury. Computer animation can convey complex theories in an easily understood visual manner.

Admissibility is an important issue to us at Danny Ford Productions. Every effort is made to be certain your animation will be fully admissible to a court of law. We will work closely with your expert witness to ensure that each element of the animation has its foundation in, and is supported by, specific expert testimony. Even if used for demonstrative purposes only, the powerful effect this tool can have will more than justify the expense.


It is important to make the distinction between an animation and simulation. Forensic animations convert an expert witness’s testimony into what could be termed a "moving diagram", while simulations rely on a computer to make conjectures, and are therefore subject to more rigorous review concerning admissibility. For this reason, we at Danny Ford Producitons rely on animations as the most effective, authentic, and reliable re-creation of events.

Danny Ford Productions uses cutting edge graphics hardware and software to get the job done on time and at a reasonable cost. We work closely with our animation partner, Crash Visuals and other contract animators to create the most accurate and reliable 3D computer models of exhibits, and animations for accident and incident re-creations.
