Parking
- We pay for parking fees up to $15 per day. Any additional fees, including toll charges may be added to your final invoice.
Edited Deposition Video to DVD(s)
A fully edited video deposition can be produced and mastered to DVD for your trial presentation. If we shot the video, we can edit your page/line designations, encode the finalized edited deposition video to MPEG1 or 2, create custom buttons and backgrounds, create custom labels, and the final product will be digitally mastered to DVD disk.
These DVD's can be played in most standard Set-Top DVD players.

MPEG-1 Video on CD-Rom or DVD
(Windows Media Player ready) Most trial presentation software like Sanction or Trial Director use this compressed video format for optimal software performance.
Encoding and DVD Mastering Rate: $60 per hour (rate includes DVD custom labeling and standard shipping)
Duplication
- The client's VHS master is included in the deposition
service fee. For the other attending attorneys,
their copies for each 2 hour tape, or any portion
thereof will be billed at $45 each. This rate
includes standard shipping and handling within
the continental U.S. for a single VHS cassette. For multiple tapes or copies, shipping charges will be applied to the balance due. See above for additional information on MPEG encoded duplications.
CANCELATIONS: If cancellation
of a confirmed, scheduled video deposition is made within one hour prior to the scheduled start time , or on-site, a 2-hour minimum charge
applies.
